Increasing the service level from SILVER to GOLD will add a significant value to the customer by:
- Improved lead-times in all deliverables.
- Increased Tilgin Solutions responsibility in which Tilgin Solutions assume more risk.
- Adds another communication dimension with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) on top of already provided JIRA tool.
