Product returns are a costly and often unnecessary business. From experience we know that there is a high reported number of “no fault found” (NFF) cases.
Meaning end-users have reported products to be faulty, while tests show a fully functional unit. These NFF cases can been avoided if the customer has a method of pre-checking the products and software prior to contacting the manufacturer.
This means that supply chain, personnel and test costs can be limited to a minimum. In order to solve this problem, Tilgin Solutions has developed a test station for screening end-customer reported CPE errors.
